About the Perlis Lab

Our lab focuses on developing clinical and genomic predictors of treatment response, and on developing novel therapeutics based on cellular models of brain disease. We use cellular modeling, transcriptomics, clinical phenotyping, and small molecule screening to study psychiatric disorders including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and depression. We aim to provide critical resources for the neurobiological community, with high-dimensionality data extending a fully annotated and shareable biobank of patient and healthy control cells.
